Let me tell you i'm a huge Make-up Enthusiast. I learnt how to apply a proper Winged Eye Liner when i was a 12 year old can you even imagine?
People around me always point out why do you need makeup your beautiful naturally. I know that but i never said i wanted to look beautiful with the help of makeup. A full face of makeup is an art. Just like you wear funky or decent clothes because it looks good on you its your prefered choice and not because you think your body is not beautiful enough might as well just cover it with clothes right?
So one day we had this wedding in our family. My mom never applied makeup but i had this obsession with eyeliners since i can remember so i just started sobbing that i want to apply eyeliner. So there was this cousin of mine who was applying makeup so my mom asked if she can borrow the eyeliner just for a while. She agreed but her mom came out of nowhere and started yelling that the makeup is really very expensive and you should'nt just let anyone use it. That very moment i saw humiliation in my moms eyes and idk why i just stopped crying. Being a 10 year old i took this decision to never borrow makeup from anyone.
So im just creating this list of my favourite Amazon Make-up Products under 500₹. We as a College going Gang needs to have these products to look sheek in budget. Am i right or am i right?
Ponds Super Light Gel Oil Free (Moisturizer)
So First and the most important step will be moisturizer. We need some hydration and Ponds Super Light Gel works as a water to your thirsty skin. As i stay in Mumbai my skin texture is never the same. I experiment with my skin with various kinds of moisturizer but my skin being as sensitive as a new born baby never supports anything so i have to put a lot of efforts searching for the product that work best for my skin. I saw many influencers who was reviewed this product on various social media sites. Me being a Social Media Manager never trusted how it can have so many positive reviews so i went on the website and searched for the actual reviews of the consumers. I was really impressed so i decided to try it out once and see for myself. It was not that costly also so i thought to myself eeh!! what's to loose lets give it a try. And have not had a single doubt about buying this.
I never really believed in primers before because i always thought of it as just a pores minimizer and nothing else. As i don't have much open pores i really never thought it was for me but trust me i was wrong on some other level. Primer makes your makeup glide on so easily making it look spotless. And also the makeup stays on to your skin for a longer period of time.
Indian Girls do not have much of a choice when it comes to Foundation shades. We will pick up the shade which is 2 to 3 shades lighter to our skintone because society tell us that our cultural and ethnic skin tone isn't good enough. And also not many companies consider brown skin as a superior colour. Anyways Fit Me has this amazing scale of variety to choose from and its so blendable that we can mix and match and make our own shade.
INSIGHT HD PRO Conceal is one of my favourite concealers out there you get a lot of other brands who are cheaper but the consistency and blendability is beyond my expectation. For the price it comes for the quality of the product is really good. Use concealer which is 1 to 2 shades lighter then your actual skin tone that way it brighten us some highpoints of your face.
I personally do not like to invest extra money on Products that i highly doubt ill use on a regular basis. I usually use a cream based lipstick as a cheek tint you can build or lighten the product according to your preference. But if you want to go with the trend and experiment i would suggest Viva Diseno Imperial Red Tint. I've seen many people use this product and it actually really makes your cheeks pop out. You can also use it as a lip and eye tint.
My all time Favourite Product has always been Lakme Insta Eye Liner, I've been using this product since i can remember. Its great quality, pocket friendly, easy to apply, and comes in different colour so you can always experiment with a pop of colour.
I would suggest you to never invest in products with more quantity especially with Lipstick. Invest in mini versions instead. Because its really hard to guess which colour works the best for me especially in the nude colour range so wasting money on products which you wont wear much often will be a waste of money and we dont want that. My favourite shade in the colorbar nude range has to be tooty fruity. Add a red lipstick in your bag for that extra sassy look and also for extra classes bahana. My favourite Red Lipstick shade has to be Electric Red.
